Chef Vipul has been at the helm of critically acclaimed restaurants in top-notch hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood Hotels and ITC in India. While the critics were left impressed with his culinary skills and his deep knowledge of Indian cuisine through extensive research, the ever-full restaurants were a testament to Chef Vipul’s keen ability to recognize the pulse of the diners. It is no wonder that Chef Vipul has been the recipient of nearly every major food award and recognition, including the sought-after James Beard Foundation Chef of the Month Award and the Top 50 Food & Beverage Industry Professionals of India 2019 Award by London based BW Hotelier magazine. He has also represented India and Indian cuisine at various global culinary forums, Including a feature at Times Square BillBoardas one of the Culinary Icons of India.
Chef Vipul brings to the Catering world his wide experience and his knowledge of what works for discerning guests. Using the best and freshest ingredients, his goal is to present authentic Indian dishes with a fresh approach. He believes that food is an integral part of any celebration, however big or small, it is reflection of the host.
Early 2024, Chef Vipul started his dream project named –Round Table Hospitality, which would act as a round table of chefs and creative minds working together on a common goal. His latest project Dilli Dilli at Manhattan already becoming the talk of the town.

Gaurav Anand, a chef, restaurateur, and caterer, owns four acclaimed NYC restaurants: Bhatti Indian Grill, Moti Mahal Delux, and Baazi formerly known as Awadh and the latest
Dilli Dilli NYC. He's lauded for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine, earning 2-star reviews from The New York Times and accolades like "Best Indian Restaurant" from Village Voice. Despite no formal culinary training, Gaurav's journey started with curiosity and dedication with his brother, where he was trained and mentored by Jiggs Kalra, a stellar restaurateur who shaped Indian cuisine.
In 2018, Chef Anand expanded his culinary empire by founding CGA, a boutique catering company that has since grown into a worldwide sensation, specializing in destination weddings and fusion cuisine. Under Chef Anand's leadership, CGA has earned a reputation for making the impossible possible, creating unforgettable culinary experiences that blend cultures and flavors seamlessly. Today, CGA serves as the parent company to numerous successful projects, showcasing Chef Anand's passion for pushing culinary boundaries and delighting palates around the globe.
